Digital delivery only
All Orizia products (readings, PDFs, bundles) are digital and delivered by email. We do not ship physical items at this time.
Delivery times
- Standard Reading by Solene — within 24 hours of order
- Priority Reading (12h) — within 12 hours of order
- Express Reading (4h) — within 4 hours of order
- Full Bundle — within 4 hours of order
Where will it arrive?
Your reading PDF will be sent as an attachment to the email address you provided at checkout. Please:
- Verify your email address is correctly spelled
- Check your spam / promotions folder if you don't see it
- Add solene@ori-zia.com to your trusted contacts
What if I don't receive my reading?
If your delivery window has passed and you still haven't received your reading, reply to your order confirmation email or write to solene@ori-zia.com. We will resend it within a few hours.
