I truly care about your satisfaction. Every reading I prepare is meant to feel meaningful, accurate, and supportive. If something feels off, I want to make it right.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your reading, please email me at solene@ori-zia.com and I will personally review your case and do everything I can to make it right.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because I begin working on readings soon after an order is placed to keep up with demand, please email me within 2 hours of your purchase if you wish to cancel or change your order. After this 2-hour window, the energetic work has already begun and I'll be happy to issue a store credit for a future reading instead.
Follow-Up Readings & Subscription
Each Unlimited Readings subscription is renewed automatically each month at $29.99 to maintain your spiritual connection and ongoing support. You may cancel your renewal anytime by:
- Visiting your customer account portal and managing your subscription
- Visiting our Manage Subscription page
- Emailing me at solene@ori-zia.com and I'll cancel it for you within 24 hours
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to follow-up readings until then.
Refunds for Completed Readings
Please note that I provide a personalized spiritual service, not a physical product. For that reason, completed readings are non-refundable once delivered, except as described in our Satisfaction Guarantee.
365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
How it works: If after receiving your reading and giving it a fair 60-day reflection period to manifest, you still feel it did not bring clarity to your situation, contact me and I will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
This 60-day reflection period exists because psychic insights often need time to unfold and reveal their meaning. To request a refund under the satisfaction guarantee:
- Email me at solene@ori-zia.com with your order number
- Briefly describe what felt unclear or did not resonate
- I will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method
Subscription Refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable for periods already started. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the end of the period — no further charges occur.
